In the meantime, come visit me on Instagram!

This is the bag that got everyone excited at this weekend’s @wholly_handmade. It’s personal to me, as I drew the design last year at @nightofartists Art Walk, and it’s the colours of my beloved childhood bedroom. Oh the nostalgia! I
I’ve had a nice long break, and now I’m itching to get to my first market of the new year! I’ve got some brand new designs in scarves, purses, bags and leggings, and I’m excited to bring it all with me to @wholly_handmade this
Ending the year the way I started it.

Thank you to everyone who encouraged me this year on my art journey — your support means the world to me.

This one’s called ‘Here Comes the Sun.’ Here’s to a very bright 2026!

The first on the colouring docket! I’m doubtful I’ll get much done between now and Christmas, but there are wee small hours in the morning, so who knows?!

I am very, very behind on my colouring. Or, if you’re a glass half full kind of person, I’m very far ahead on my drawing! I’ve got 15 drawings ready for colour, thanks to 17 Christmas market days over the last few weeks. I’m l
It’s my last Christmas market of the year this Saturday! I’ll be with @shpkqueenofhearts Peppernint Stix market at the Agora in Sherwood Park, 10-4 pm with my full pop up.

You know what I’ll be doing this weekend! Drawing and chatting with lovely people, and hopefully helping with their Christmas lists too! Come find me at @yegxmasmarket at Fort Edmonton — I’ll be there all weekend long, and then next
I’ve been looking forward to this next market ever since this summer! The Edmonton Christmas Market at Fort Edmonton is a stellar event running throughout December, and it’s so much more than a market. It celebrates the winter season and
Still obsessing over patterns. This was a treat and a challenge to figure out how the piece I drew at the market the other day could be turned into a pattern repeat. Once again, my instincts were for lots of colour, which I kept stripping away, one e
I have got to stop staying up until 3 am noodling away on patterns!

I like the tweaked colours on this one, and I can imagine it on a label for a candle, maybe, or as wrapping paper. Some gold embossed printing would be a lovely accompaniment to it
More patterns, more learning!

This one reinforced that what looks great on a single tile doesn’t always translate across a whole pattern.

I’m a maximalist. I love tons of colour, intricate detail, and delicious, rich textures. And you
In my younger years, I was an actor. I loved everything about being on stage: the rehearsal process, being present in the moment, the shared magic with the audience and the other actors. It always felt so organic, so fuelling. Film work was different
Another market, another drawing! I had a fab time in Stony Plain — it was great to see some dear friends and make new ones! Thank you, everyone, for your support.

As always, I draw when I’m at markets, and this time, I tried a new compo
Another attempt at a seamless pattern, and this one was a journey! Follow along!

The last photo is what I actually started with — one of my usual designs, drawn free-hand on paper. I pulled it into Procreate, and created a seamless tile of it,
